Assessment of Self-efficacy for Controlled Eating

Using a questionnaire with validated and reliable psychometric properties, we will identify which of the following five areas are challenging for you regarding controlling your eating behaviors: Negative emotions, availability of foods, social pressure, physical discomfort, or positive activities. From these results, together, we can agree on a process to identify your behavior goals regarding nutrition.
